Terms and Conditions 

Beauty at The Nail Loft, is managed and owned by Kirsty Hilling. All treatments offered by Kirsty Hilling at Beauty at the Nail Loft, take place in the treatment room termed 'The Nail Loft ' situated in the Wellness Centre at Jordans Courtyard, Horton Cross, Ilminster, TA19 9PT. Beauty at The Nail Loft offers beauty therapy treatments provided by Kirsty Hilling, whom is fully insured and trained to deliver these treatments. On request and at her discretion Kirsty Hilling can provide you with insurance details and qualifications.

Booking an appointment with Kirsty Hilling at Beauty at the Nail Loft can be done online via Sumup, via email at nailsandbeauty@jordanscourtyard.co.uk or via the Facebook or Instagram account of Beauty at The Nail Loft. When booking online please be aware, Sumup has its own terms and conditions and privacy policy which governs how your information is stored and managed on their site and this is completely separate to Beauty at The Nail Loft.

Every client offered a treatment or skin test by Kirsty Hilling will need to complete a client consultation form in person at your first initial appointment. The consultation form will ask for contact details, answers to a series of medical history questions and general health questions which are deemed essential before you can receive any treatment. Please refer to The Privacy Notice from Beauty at The Nail Loft regarding how this information is captured and stored.

Currently all clients treated by Kirsty Hilling are requested to pay after their treatment, in person. If however you wish to cancel the appointment please be aware of the following. If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before, Kirsty Hilling has the right to request 50% of the total cost of that treatment, this is to cover some of the costs incurred due to that cancellation. If Kirsty Hilling can successfully refill your cancelled appointment time, no cancellation charge will be applied. Kirsty Hilling will contact you and request the 50% cancellation charge be made via BACS to Beauty at The Nail Loft business account. At anytime in the future Kirsty Hilling reserves the right to change this cancellation policy and request payment upfront for repeat cancellations by the same client.

Please can I request, that you do not bring any children to your appointment. For your benefit and the safety and wellbeing of you and your child, it is not a suitable environment for children. I also work very close to other therapists whose work could be negatively impacted by any additional noise. Please contact me directly if you have childcare issues and I am more than happy to discuss this with you and try to offer an alternative appointment.

With regards to treating minors, I will do this at my own discretion and in accordance with my insurance, many of my treatments are not suitable for minors. Anyone under the age of 16, must be accompanied by an adult and I have the right to refuse any treatment for those under 16 years old, based on my insurance and experience.

Please be aware, I reserve the right to refuse your treatment without prejudice, if I believe the treatment is not suitable for you, I am not comfortable to perform it or it goes against the advice of my insurers.

At the time of booking, I would appreciate an email if you have any allergies, for example, nuts, coconut, or gluten. This can impact what products I use, which therefore requires some planning. For your safety and wellbeing, I can discuss options with you and plan in advance. Please inform me via email nailsandbeauty@jordanscourtyard.co.uk.

It is advisable that you also contact me if you are or could be pregnant, it may affect what treatment I can offer you. I would prefer to discuss options with you and offer advice before you arrive for your appointment, to ensure you receive the best care and to avoid cancelling your appointment on the day.

Gift Vouchers - All gift vouchers whether bought online via The SumUp website or in person, are valid for 6 months, from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non redeemable for cash and non refundable.
